You’ll also find a wide range of Patagonian wildlife, ranging from condors, flamingos, and rheas to docile huemuls, an Andean deer that is one of Chile’s national animals. You might even catch sight of a puma if you’re lucky! Despite its southerly location, due to the proximity of the sea, the park has a remarkably temperate microclimate, ensuring mild temperatures year-round which only rarely drop below 10 degrees during the day time.
