One of the best ways to see the city is by the cable car metro which gives you stunning views and photograph opportunities. A city rich in culture with a lot to offer, particularly in international cuisine.
Expect loud car horn beeps, colourful cholitas, and a stunning view of the mountains. The mountains contrast heavily with the barren desert either side of them, but that only adds to the perception—a diamond in the rough. The faces of the locals are truly Incan, and one certainly can say they are in the heart of South America with very few Western influences around.
