- Only 30 minutes from El Calafate airport, yet the hotel still feels fabulously remote and is also only the same distance from the Los Glaciares National Park (closer than hotels located in the town)
- Spectacular Patagonian views from nearly every window in the property
- Beautiful countryside for hiking on your own, setting out straight from the lodge
- As to be expected from a Relais & Chateaux, the restaurant is superb, the perfect balance between fine dining and hearty local cuisine
Cons
- There is an extensive and excellent activity menu but excursions outside of the estancia – including visits to the Perito Moreno glacier – have an additional cost
- There are no TVs in the rooms, but with a view like this we promise you, you won’t miss it!
