- Year round sunshine. Mancora combines tropical latitude with a desert microclimate, meaning there are warm temperatures and hardly any rainfall whatever month you choose to visit

- There are limited flights to the closest airport (Talara) and otherwise it can be a 2.5 hour drive from Piura
- The hotel is luxurious and stylish in its own right but the “New Age” concept might not be right for everyone and the hotel is occasionally fully booked out in advance for wellness and yoga retreats
